Hi! I’m Alex,

        I am currently a Junior at Auburn University pursuing a Business Management degree. War Eagle! I was born and raised in Roswell, Georgia where I grew up in a stable home and I felt I developed open and honest relationships with my parents. I am now making it my mission to give parents ways to host open communication with their children. I was motivated to do this when I realized that a lot of my friends felt like they couldn’t be open with their parents about certain topics such as their personal life. I felt like a good amount of the people I was around were always hiding things from their parents and trying to be sneaky. I felt like I could talk to my parents about anything. I believe that being able to have these tough conversations enabled me to grow into a young adult early on. By having these conversations I I learned that my parents went through a lot of the same things I did when they were growing up.

       Through my site, my goal is to offer parents my insight and perspective on multiple topics to try and help improve communication and relationships between boys and their parents. Such as, I will share the do’s and don'ts of conversation starters to have your boy open up to you on new levels. I will also shed light on certain events and experiences that helped me grow into who I am today such as participating in summer camp and football. Through the thoughts and insights I share within this site, my hope is it helps you and your son achieve a stronger and less stressed relationship. Your son needs a friend right now, in addition to needing a parent. I help you find that balance by sharing my perspectives. Your son needs you. Let me help.
